Fitness Training

Due to the recent success of the first team, members of the first team squad are now required to attend fitness sessions. Dates and times are yet to be announced. Check the calendar for more information.

Our fitness sessions are compulsary sessions lead by ex-professional cricketer Paul Muchall. Paul delivers cricket-specific training programmes ensuring the squad are in peak physical condition in time for April.

Members are also expected to take part in regular gyms sessions, building on the hard work done by Paul.
